Description
The Staccato ISPT™ was developed specifically for the distinctive geometry of modern Staccato pistols and their double-stack 1911 design. Unlike traditional single-stack 1911 platforms, Staccato pistols require the ISPT™ to flex beneath the slide stop area during installation and removal. This unique design allows the tool to fit correctly while continuing to provide protection during disassembly and reassembly. Manufactured from clear .007-inch Mylar® polyester, the Staccato ISPT™ is durable, reusable, and resistant to many common firearm-maintenance chemicals. Internal testing subjected a single ISPT™ to as many as 75 disassembly and reassembly cycles without wear-through. Results may vary. Its compact design allows it to be carried in a range bag, cleaning kit, or attached to a keyring for convenient access.
