Description
The 1911 TRP™ ISPT™ was developed after receiving feedback from Springfield Armory® TRP™ owners who wanted slightly more clearance around the magazine release. While maintaining the dimensions of the standard 1911 design, the TRP™ model features a magazine-release opening enlarged by .010 inch to accommodate the specific needs of TRP™ pistols. Manufactured from clear .007-inch Mylar® polyester, the TRP™ ISPT™ is durable, reusable, and resistant to many common maintenance chemicals. Internal testing subjected a single ISPT™ to as many as 75 disassembly and reassembly cycles without wear-through. Results may vary.
